Diwali 2011 Lenasia
This year — Diwali (Hindu Celebration of Lights) was spent in Lenasia – couldn’t go home because of work – kind of – but it gave me the chance to see how alive this place gets. The fireworks is one thing — but more so – it’s the people — their families – and the fun they each have. Shaolin – our dog – was more interested to see the visitors than the fireworks – he was not that much affected – since we got him use to listening to loud music and the people who visit.
So please enjoy these photos — my apologies for posting them so late — work got in the way – some of the photos may seem like duplicates — but in the fun of things – its how everybody reacted to their photos being taken
